Implementace TOGAF frameworku do oddělení Digitalizace

This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a framework for managing department architecture and solution architecture, based on TOGAF and the ArchiMate notation. The framework is created for the Digitalization department in a selected organization. The thesis first theoretically defines the key principles of the TOGAF framework and subsequently builds a practical framework based on this foundation. The implementation is verified through a pilot project demonstrating the applicability of the proposed approach in a real environment. Emphasis is placed on the pragmatic adaptation of TOGAF to the specific needs of the organization, including the identification of the main benefits and challenges associated with change implementation.
