Abstrakt:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparativní analýzu postavení ukrajinských a vietnamských migrantů na trhu práce v České republice v období 2015–2025. Cílem práce je identifikovat rozdíly v ekonomickém uplatnění obou skupin migrantů, zejména z hlediska jejich zaměstnanosti, podnikatelské aktivity a odvětvové struktury ekonomické činnosti. Analýza vychází ze statistických dat a odborné literatury a je doplněna polostrukturovanými rozhovory s respondenty z Ukrajiny a Vietnamu. Práce interpretuje historii migrace obou skupin migrantů, jejich demografickou charakteristiku, vymezuje český trh práce a dále porovnává postavení ukrajinských a vietnamských migrantů na českém trhu práce se zaměřením na strukturu jejich zaměstnanosti, podnikatelské činnosti a postavení v jednotlivých odvětvích. Výsledky práce ukazují, že většina ukrajinských migrantů pracuje v pracovním poměru, zejména v sektorech průmyslu a administrativních činností, zatímco vietnamští migranti častěji vykonávají samostatnou podnikatelskou činnost, především v odvětvích obchodu a gastronomie.

Abstrakt:
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of the position of Ukrainian and Vietnamese migrants in the labor market in the Czech Republic during the period 2015–2025. The aim of the thesis is to identify differences in the economic integration of both migrant groups, particularly in terms of their employment, entrepreneurial activity, and the sectoral structure of their economic activity. The analysis is based on statistical data and academic literature and is supplemented by semi-structured interviews with respondents from Ukraine and Vietnam. The thesis interprets the migration history of both groups of migrants and their demographic characteristics, defines the Czech labor market, and compares the position of Ukrainian and Vietnamese migrants in the Czech labor market, focusing on the structure of their employment, entrepreneurial activities, and position in individual sectors. The results of the study show that most Ukrainian migrants are employed, primarily in the industrial and administrative sectors, while Vietnamese migrants are more likely to engage in self-employment, particularly in the retail and food service sectors.
