| Abstrakt: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat možnosti investování do reálných aktiv se zaměřením na specifický trh s automobily a zkoumat základní specifikace výběru investičních automobilů. V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na charakteristiku jednotlivých kategorií v oblasti reálných aktiv a jejich vývoj. Specifikuji rizika a příležitosti pro investory se vyskytují při investování do reálných instrumentů. Dále zvažuji postupy při výběru vozů pro investování, způsoby investice a trh s automobily u nás a ve světě. V bakalářské práci podávám ucelené informace o problematice investování do automobilů a ukazuji možnost nahlížet na automobil jako na investiční instrument a ne jako věc denní spotřeby. V investicích do automobilů spatřuji možnost jak diverzifikovat riziko svého portfolia skrze instrument reálných aktiv, která jsou známá svou korelací s inflací. |

| Abstrakt: | The objective of the thesis is to analyze the possibilities of investing in real assets, with a focus on the specific market of cars and test basic specifications for the selection of investment instruments cars. The Bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of the different categories of real assets and their progression. Thesis specifies risks and opportunities for investors in investing into real instruments. Practical part of thesis is about buying procedures, selection of vehicles for investing, types of investments in cars and domestic and foreign car market. The Bachelor thesis gives comprehensive information about classic car investing and shows the option to look at the car as an investment instrument, and not as a thing of daily consumption. Investments in cars is the possibility to risk diversification of your portfolio through the instrument of real assets, which are known for their correlation with inflation. |
