The Master's thesis deals with the modern trend in human resource management, employer branding. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate tools for building and strengthen employer's brand in selected company in the Czech Republic on external labour market and within the company. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts of employer branding. The practical part introduces the selected company, its tools for building the employer's brand followed by an internal and external questionnaire research. The research results are evaluated and transformed into proposals to improve the employer branding of the selected company.
