| Abstrakt: | V této práci se zaměřuji na analyzování, jak mnou vybraná sportovní organizace pracuje s tvorbou strategie, zda využívá strategický plánovací cyklus, či jiné strategické nástroje. Analýza proběhla na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci vybrané sportovní organizace, kterou byla pro účely této práce zvolena SK Slavia Praha. Cílem práce je zjištění, jak je v tomto fotbalovém klubu pracováno se strategií, jak je pracováno se strategickým plánovacím procesem a zda klub postupuje v souladu s teorií, či nikoliv. Na základě získaných dat bylo zjištěno, že klub se teprve nachází na začátku tvorby strategie. Klub prozatím nevyužívá strategický plánovací cyklus cíleně. V rozsahu v kterém ho aktuálně provádí, se ovšem velmi shoduje s teoretickými východisky, ačkoliv teoretická východiska nejsou při tomto procesu brána v potaz. I díky těmto nedostatkům byla formulována vhodná doporučení, jak by mohl být klub, v procesu tvorby strategie, ještě efektivnější. |

| Abstrakt: | In this thesis, I am focusing on analyzing, how the selected sport organization is working with a strategy creation, whether it uses a strategic planning process, or other strategic tools. The analysis was based on semi-structured interwievs with representatives of selected sport organization which was, for the purposes of this thesis, selected SK Slavia Praha. The main purpose of this thesis is to find out, how is in this footbal club worked with the strategy, how is worked with the strategic planning process and whether the club is proceeding in accordance with the theory or not. On the basis of obtained data was find out,that the club is still in the beginning of the strategy creation process. For the time being, the club does not use strategic planning cycle intentionally. In the scope, which the club is working with this cycle currently, is largely coincides with the theory, although the theoretical basis are not taking into the consideration during performing of this process. Due to this shortcomings, there were formulated an appropriate recommendations, how the club could be, with the process of strategy creation, even more effective. |
