This diploma thesis is about the problems of business models in sturtup companies. The aim of the thesis is to describe the key factors of success of the business startup model of the company. From the found knowledge to identify the critical success factors of the business model, those then apply to the existing Triphood project startup and verify their va-lidity.The work method consists of an analysis of the previous procedures, analyzes of surveys of startup companies, analysis of the business model creation process. Then build a model of critical success factors of the business model of a startup company and its validation on the existing startup company.The work in its theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to startup companies.The following section deals with business model issues, which puts great emphasis on the descrip-tion of the Canvas business model.This section also describes the recommended business modeling process in a specific startup company environment. The next part deals with the critical factors of success, here are described the critical factors of success and their usability in the business startup model of the company. Then thesis describes the process of assem-bling the hypothesis as a model of critical success factors for business startup. The following sections are devoted to a more detailed description of finance and marketing in the compa-ny's startup environment.In the beginning of the practical part is introduced startup company Triphood. The following sections are dedicated to the application of the model of critical factors of success in the business model startup, defined in the theoretical part of the thesis.
