The primary objective of the bachelor thesis is to provide a detailed Business plan for INSUREGATE – an insurance intermediary start-up in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the business plan outlines key theories, components, and tools for a successful business plan. Business model canvas, Porter’s five forces, VRIO framework, and PESTLE analyses are key tools implemented in the practical part and used for assessing internal resources and externalities for the start-up. Marketing Plan combines strategic and tactical marketing and outlines key segments and methods of targeting strategies. After reviewing the market environment and providing analyses, the Business plan suggests pessimistic and realistic/optimistic scenarios for revenue, cost projections, and break-even point for the company.
