| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou potratovosti z pohledu regionů České republiky se zaměřením na potratovost v okresech České republiky. Jedním z cílů diplomové práce je zhodnotit vliv jednotlivých faktorů ovlivňující potratovost s ohledem na nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání, rodinný stav, nebo pořadí dítěte. V teoretické části je podrobná analýza politicko-historického pozadí a analýza legislativního vývoje potratovosti na území České republiky. Dále je v této části popsán vliv antikoncepčních metod na potratovost a identifikace demografických ukazatelů potratovosti. Analytická část diplomové práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou potratovosti na území České republiky, v jednotlivých krajích a také okresech České republiky. V případě analýzy potratovosti na území České republiky je využito obecné a hrubé míry potratovosti, nebo indexu potratovosti. V analýze jednotlivých regionů České republiky je využito metody nepřímé standardizace, která odstraňuje vliv věkové struktury v populaci. Výsledkem analytické části je identifikace podobností v jednotlivých okresech České republiky pomocí shlukové analýzy. |

| Abstrakt: | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of abortion from the perspective of the regions of the Czech Republic with a focus on abortion in the districts of the Czech Republic. One of the aims of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the influence of individual factors influencing abortion with regard to the highest educational attainment, marital status, or order of the child. The theoretical part deals with a detailed analysis of the political-historical background and analysis of the legislative development of abortion in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, this section describes the influence of contraceptive methods on abortion and the identification of demographic indicators of abortion. The analytical part of the diploma thesis deals with a detailed analysis of abortion in the Czech Republic, in individual regions and districts of the Czech Republic. In the case of the analysis of abortion in the Czech Republic, the general and gross abortion rates or the abortion index are used. The analysis of individual regions of the Czech Republic uses the method of indirect standardization, which removes the influence of the age structure in the population. The result of the analytical part is the identification of similarities in individual districts of the Czech Republic using cluster analysis. |
