Návrh Business Intelligence řešení pro potřeby autoservisu

The main goal of this diploma thesis entitled Proposal of Business Intelligence solution for the needs of the car repair shop is, as the name suggests, building Business Intelligence solution which meets the needs of chosen car repair shop. Firstly, the theoretical part of this thesis analyzes the evolution of the automotive industry. Within this analysis author describes the evolution, and analyzes the market of the European and the Czech automotive industry. Last two parts of this chapter then analyzes individual trends in the field of automotive industry, and the field of the car repairing services is introduced. Third chapter of this diploma thesis deals with the car repair shop management within the individual group tasks of Management Byznys Informatiky portal. The practical part of this diploma thesis begins in chapter four which deals with the detailed description of the Autoservis XXX, including its own information system. Fifth chapter of this diploma thesis deals with the analysis of Autoservis XXX and its resources and requirements for Business Intelligence solution. Among other things, this fifth chapter analyzes technical equipment of the company. Last chapter of this diploma thesis describes designing and building of the Business Intelligence solution and the chapter concludes with the presentation of each individual outcome. The main benefit of this diploma thesis is mostly for the owner of Autoservis XXX. Although the author of this thesis believes that individual requirements and also the solution is easily transformable for the needs of other car repair shops. Therefore, the thesis could be interesting for owners or employees of other car repair shops and also for those interested in the topic of Business Intelligence.
