| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trhu práce v oblasti dopravy, s konkrétním zaměřením na silniční nákladní dopravu. Pro tu je v posledních letech určující stále se prohlubující nedostatek řidičů, který představuje významný faktor limitující její rozvoj. Právě komplexní analýza problematiky nedostatku řidičů, včetně jejího zasazení do širšího kontextu situace na českém trhu práce a podrobné diskuze příčin a možných řešení tohoto problému, je hlavním cílem této práce. V rámci jeho naplnění je první kapitola věnována aktuální, ve srovnání s několika posledními vývojově stabilnějšími lety, relativně turbulentní situaci na českém trhu práce. Ta nastavuje základní rámec a kontext, ze kterého vychází následná analýza zaměřená specificky na oblast dopravy. Zde je pozornost věnována diskuzi hlavních příčin nedostatku řidičů, mezi které patří profesionalizace armády, nízká atraktivita profese řidiče, či tzv. demografické faktory. Těmi jsou myšleny věk a pohlaví, respektive značně specifické věkové a pohlavní struktury profesionálních řidičů. Obě tyto struktury jsou v rámci práce statisticky analyzovány na základě unikátních dat z databáze Truckjobs.cz. Provedené analýzy na jedné straně nepotvrzují v literatuře často zdůrazňovanou starší věkovou strukturu řidičů, ve věci pohlavní struktury a její vychýlenosti směrem k silné dominanci mužů však naopak dávají skutečnostem uváděným v literatuře za pravdu. Po diskuzi příčin nedostatku řidičů jsou naznačena možná řešení tohoto problému. Komplexní pojetí předkládané analýzy podtrhuje doplnění sekundární analýzy literatury a vlastní statistické analýzy dat z databáze Truckjobs.cz o zajímavé informace získané z rozhovoru se zástupci společnosti Gebrüder Weiss spol. s r.o. poskytující aktuální pohled přímo z firemní praxe. |

| Abstrakt: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the labour market in the field of transport, with a specific focus on a road freight transport. In recent years, this has been determined by the ever-increasing shortage of drivers, which is a significant factor limiting its development. The main goal of this thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the issue of the driver shortage, including its placement in the broader context of the situation on the Czech labour market and a detailed discussion of the causes and possible solutions of this problem. As a part of its fulfilment, the first chapter is devoted to the current, in comparison with the last few developmentally stable years, relatively turbulent situation on the Czech labour market. It sets the basic framework and context on which the subsequent analysis focused specifically on the area of transport is based. Here, attention is paid to the discussion of the main causes of the driver shortage, which include the professionalization of the army, the low attractiveness of the driver's profession, and the so-called demographic factors. These mean age and gender, or rather very specific age and gender structures of professional drivers. Both of these structures are statistically analysed in the thesis based on unique data from the Truckjobs.cz database. On the one hand, the performed analyses do not confirm the older age structure of drivers, which is often emphasized in the literature. On the contrary, they agree with the facts presented in the literature regarding the gender structure and its deviation towards strong male dominance. After discussing the causes of the shortage of drivers, possible solutions to this problem are suggested. The comprehensive concept of the presented analysis is underlined by the addition of a secondary analysis of the literature and my own statistical analysis of data from the Truckjobs.cz database with interesting information obtained from an interview with representatives of Gebrüder Weiss spol. s r.o. providing an up-to-date view directly from company practice. |
