| Abstrakt: | Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl doporučit konkrétní aktivity, kterým by se mělo budoucí sklářské centrum v Nižboru věnovat a zjistit možnosti vzniku tohoto centra. Aktivity budou doporučeny na základě detailní analýzy aktivit Muzea skla v Corningu ve státě New York, rozhovorů se zaměstnanci muzea a rozhovorů s majitelem sklárny, zaměstnankyní sklárny, uměleckým sklářem, který je představitelem jedné cílové skupiny a odbornicí na kulturní a kreativní průmysly a financování kulturních institucí. V teoretické části bude nejprve vysvětlen význam sklářství pro Českou republiku a následně bude zanalyzovaná nabídka kulturních služeb spojených s tématem sklářství v ČR a zahraničí. Teoretická část objasní, proč je potřeba podporovat tradiční řemesla skrze kulturní instituce. V praktické části budou zanalyzovány aktivity Muzea skla v Corningu. Druhá část bude věnována studii proveditelnosti sklářského centra, která detailně popíše jeho jednotlivé aktivity a přinese pohled na celkové náklady a příjmy provozu sklářského centra. Budou zde navrhnuty možnosti vzniku a provozu centra. |

| Abstrakt: | This Master‘s thesis aims to recommend specific activities that the future glass center in Nižbor should devote and to find out the possibilities of the establishment of this center. The activities will be recommended based on a detailed analysis of the activities of the Corning Museum of Glass in New York State, interviews with museum staff and interviews with the glassworks owner, glassworks employee, artist glassmaker and with expert in financing cultural institusions. The theoretical part will first explain the importance of glassmaking for the Czech Republic and then will analyze the offer of cultural services related to the topic of glassmaking in the Czech Republic and abroad. The theoretical part explains why it is necessary to support traditional crafts through cultural institutions. The practical part will analyze the activities of the Museum of Glass in Corning. The second part will be devoted to a feasibility study of the glass center, which will describe in detail its individual activities and provide an overview of the total costs and revenues of the operation of the glass center. The possibilities of the establishment and operation of the center will be proposed here. |
