Abstrakt:
The purpose of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to write a Business Plan for a brand-new Marketing Agency in New York, the contents of which, represent, analyze, evaluate, calculate, review and estimate various data from the global sources. The Theoretical Part contains the information about the structure of the business plan, the definition of some of the main aspects, key words and parts of doing business. The Practical Part on the other hand, is more deliberately focused on providing the backed-up data, the reasons of why it is a potentially successful business, estimates and analyses of scientific data provided by big corporations. Furthermore, the Practical Part contains analysis of various methods of some of the most well-known analyzing tools, such as Porters Five Forces, PESTEL and SWOT analysis, Market Research and Analysis, Market Segmentation, Marketing Mix Analysis, Sales Forecast along with Profit/Loss and Cash Flow Statements.
