| Abstrakt: | The goal of the master thesis was to analyze if Czech households truly have a conservative approach to managing their savings. And if so, calculate the costs of such an approach. We analyzed the problem by gathering data from official state data sources and proceeded to create two models based on the gathered data and a literature review on investment horizons and lifecycle analysis. Both of our models showed that the existing behavior of Czech households was not efficient and that our portfolio could significantly increase the overall value of their assets. |
