Abstrakt:
The Diploma Thesis provides an understanding of corporate mobility management. This approach helps confirm the hypothesis that, regardless of the company's size, it is necessary to update and adapt mobility management strategies to remain competitive as the mobility issue is changing rapidly. The qualitative research implements interviews and document-based analysis to create a model that facilitates the company's understanding of the current situation of their mobility management. Convenience & flexibility, value, sustainability, connectivity & data, and technology & innovation are the five drivers with implications for developing an optimal sustainable corporate mobility strategy from governments, corporations, and employees. This result is the source for generating the strategy on the topic.
