| Abstrakt: | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací interního dashboardu pro IT tým farmaceutické společnosti. Implementace týmového dashboardu bude provedena v aplikaci Power BI. Výstupem této práce je reálný dashboard, který bude používán za účelem reportingu v rámci tohoto týmu. V práci jsou stanoveny tři dílčí cíle. Prvním dílčím cílem je popis stavu reportingu pro IT tým. Další dílčí cíl se zaměřuje na analýzu interních dashboardů jiných tymů této farmaceutické společnosti. Třetím dílčím cílem je provést zhodnocení navrženého dashboardu a identifikovat oblasti ke zlepšení. V první části práce jsou představeny teoretické poznatky o tématu. Na základě analýzy odborné literatury je uveden přehled témat jako Business Intelligence (BI), vizualizace dat a dashboard. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací interního dashboardu pro IT tým farmaceutické společnosti. Je představena úvodní studie, která uvádí popis současného stavu reportingu pro IT tým, analýzu jiných týmových dashboardů ve společnosti a datový zdrojů. V úvodní části jsou definovány a následně analyzovány uživatelské požadavky a je představen proces tvorby dashboardu. Dále je prezentován návrh architektury řešení, který zahrnuje popis logického návrhu řešení a datový sklad. Poté následuje část zaměřená na návrh a implementaci dashboardu. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení dashboardu, což zahrnuje výsledky testování finální verze uživatele, výsledky práce a identifikaci oblastí ke zlepšení. Poslední část se věnuje závěrečnému zhodnocení a představení limitů a návrhů pro zlepšení reportingu v rámci této společnosti. |

| Abstrakt: | This master’s thesis aims to design and implement an internal dashboard for an IT team in a pharmaceutical company. The dashboard will be implemented in the Power BI application. The main output of this thesis would be a real dashboard that is used for the reporting purposes of this team. This thesis also focuses on three subgoals. The first subgoal is to describe the current state of the reporting of this team. The second one is dedicated to the analysis of other internal dashboards in this company. The third subgoal is to conduct the final evaluation of the implemented dashboard and identify areas for further improvement. The first part of this thesis is devoted to theoretical knowledge about the topic of this work. Based on the analysis of the related literature, the overview of the such topics as Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization and dashboard are provided. The second section of this thesis is devoted to the design and implementation of an internal dashboard for a pharmaceutical company's IT team. This part contains the introductory analysis that presents a description of the current state of the reporting in this team, analysis of other team dashboards in this company, and data sources. This part defines and analyses user requirements and describes the implementation of the dashboard process. The next part of this thesis is devoted to the architecture of the final solution and presents the logical model and data warehouse. The following part is dedicated to the design and implementation of the dashboard. Then the next part aims to evaluate the final dashboard. This part contains user testing results, outcomes of this work, and identified areas for further improvement. The final section evaluates this work and presents its limitations as well as suggestions for reporting improvements for that company. |
