Reporting výtěžnosti projektových týmů a Data Governance ve firmě zabývající se vývojem informačních systémů

The thesis deals with the creation of a solution for the reporting yield of project teams using Keboola and Tableau tools in company. The main objective is to deliver a comprehensive solution that replaces the current manual setup. This new solution is in an automated form with the support of modern Business Intelligence tools. It not only delivers the generated yield reports to the project teams, but also gives the opportunity for further development of the data platform in the company where the work was solved.Data Governance is part of the solution too. In order to fulfill the main objective, a literature search was done analyzing the domains that are key to the solution of the thesis. Furthermore, the methodologies according to which the thesis and the solution are developed were selected and described (for example: Business canvas, Kimball multidimension modeling, Tableau & Keboola best practices and so on). The first part was the analysis of the current state of the process in the company. The description was followed by the creation of a business brief and a design of the target solution architecture. The Data Governance status analysis maps the current state of data governance in the company. Following the analysis, a search of Data Governance frameworks was created and according to the obtained knowledge a framework for implementation was selected. The implementation itself is described in three parts – implementation of data integration and creation of a multidimensional model, implementation of the solution in Tableau environment (visualization, data access, sharing) and implementation of Data Governance. The actual conclusion of the thesis consist of the design validation and implementation of the solution.
