Návrh metodiky pro implementaci reportingového cyklu a jeho pilotní ověření

The diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of reporting, and above all to the setting of the reporting cycle within the company. Its main goal is to propose a methodology for the implementation of the reporting cycle, which would help companies set up reporting correctly. Part of the proposed methodology is a pilot verification of the methodology in practice, including an evaluation of the extent to which the reporting cycle has been improved. The first, theoretical part of the thesis consists of four chapters. These chapters serve as a summary of expert knowledge on the basis of which the methodology is designed. It is knowledge from the field of Business Intelligence and the position of reporting in BI architecture. Insights from the field of reporting, the reporting cycle and also about the problems that companies face in practice in the framework of reporting. The other two areas from which the author draws are knowledge about already existing methodologies and existing ways of improving processes in society. The second, practical part of the work contains a description of the proposed methodology for the implementation of the reporting cycle and pilot verification of the given methodology in practice. During the design of the methodology, several templates were created that facilitate the application of the methodology. Part of the practical part is the evaluation of the status of the reporting cycle before and after the setting of reporting according to the methodology.
