Abstrakt:
The main purpose of this thesis is to develop a business plan for opening an online store of clothing and accessories for dogs in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the methods and tools needed to write a solid business plan, such as PEST analysis, SWOT, and The Business Model Canvas. In the practical part, all the methods previously studied in the theoretical part are used for business analysis. Market research was also carried out with the help of a survey, which proved not only the interest of residents in dog clothes but also the reduced supply in the market of the Czech Republic at the moment. The business plan also includes an analysis of the external and internal business environment, a marketing, and a financial plan. The final result shows that the business will be profitable and the business concept is viable.
