| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce hodnotí dopady pandemie koronaviru na hospodaření vybrané obce prostřednictvím analýzy příjmů a výdajů ve sledovaných letech. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda a jak pandemie koronaviru ovlivnila hospodaření města Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav. Teoretická část práce uvádí problematiku a dále se zaměřuje na základní principy hospodaření obcí. Následuje představení vybrané obce společně se stručným popisem pandemie koronaviru a zmapovaných přijatých opatření dotýkajících se chodu obce. Dále jsou vymezeny vybrané ukazatele, které jsou v praktické části využity. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu příjmů a výdajů, jež jsou komparovány v době před a po počátku pandemie. Hodnocení hospodaření obce je podpořeno analýzou vývoje vybraných ukazatelů rovněž v době před a po pandemické situaci. Proveden je i řízený rozhovor, který doplňuje některé informace. Na základě zjištěných dat, čerpaných z aplikace Ministerstva financí MONITOR a zároveň z oficiálních webových stránek města, je zodpovězena otázka, že pandemie koronaviru ovlivnila hospodaření vybrané obce, avšak odlišným způsobem v roce 2020 a 2021. Současně je na příkladu města Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav vyvrácena hypotéza, že pandemie koronaviru negativně ovlivnila hospodaření municipalit. |

| Abstrakt: | Bachelor thesis assesses the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the management of a selected municipality through an analysis of revenues and expenditures in the years of study. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether and how the coronavirus pandemic affected management of the town of Brandýs and Labem - Stará Boleslav. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the issue and then focuses on the basic principles of municipal management. This is followed by and introduction of selected municipality together with a brief description of the coronavirus pandemic and the measures taken affecting the municipality. Selected indicators are also identified and used in the practical part. The practical part includes the analysis of revenues and expenditures, which are compared before and after the beginning of the pandemic. The evaluation of the municipality´s management is supported by an analysis of the development of selected indicators in the period before and after the pandemic situation. A structured interview is also conducted to complete some of the information. On the basis of the observed data, drawn from the application of the Ministry of Finance MONITOR and also from the official website of the municipality, the question is answered that the coronavirus pandemic has affected the management of the selected municipality, but in a different way in 2020 and 2021. At the same time, the hypothesis that the coronavirus pandemic has negatively affected the management of the municipalities is rejected using the example of the town of Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav. |
