CREATION OF FUNDAMENTAL PROCESSES FOR DISCOPUS SOLUTIONS

The aim of this master's thesis is to create a fundamental set of business processes for an education start-up. The processes modeled in this thesis will be aligned with the goal of the start-up and will be implemented in the real world to check their viability. The outcome will give the possibility to implement the business model described in this paper in educational organizations and provide value for the parties involved. The theoretical section of this thesis will provide a basic understanding of the organizational architecture and the reason for its creation. Also, a few fundamental steps on how to start creating the architecture with a use of proper approaches. The practical part will consist of modeled processes and their detailed descriptions, along with the essential building blocks of the business model of the chosen company. After the processes are modeled and diagrams created, they will be implemented in the real world to check their viability and point out issues to amend or add. At the end of this master's thesis, a set of the most essential and vital processes required for successful implementation will be created.
