Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikové architektury ve fotbalovém klubu Bohemians Praha 1905, a.s, který by chtěl v rámci reakce na rostoucí tlak soustředěný na zlepšování své výkonnosti a konkurenceschopnosti zefektivnit správu svých procesů a činností ve svých provozních oblastech. S ohledem na klubové požadavky je i daný popis cílové podnikové architektury hlavním cílem této diplomové práce. Pro splnění tohoto cíle byly v rámci rešeršní části identifikovány oblasti řízení podnikové architektury a prostředí profesionálního fotbalového klubu. Na vypracované rešeršní oblasti navazuje architektonické angažmá, které je zpracováno podle rámce TOGAF a jeho vývojového cyklu ADM. Po poznání prostředí klubu a analyzování jeho požadavků byla upřednostněna vize zabývající se inovací byznysové schopnosti komunikace s fanoušky, pro niž byl v rámci angažmá zmapován její stávající (AS-IS) stav a následně formulován požadovaný (TO-BE) stav, který zahrnuje integrace nových inovací, kterými jsou fanouškovská identita „Bohemka ID“, mobilní aplikace a klubový web společně s novým CMS systému. Výsledkem této práce je cílový popis architektury fotbalového klubu s detailnějším pohledem na komunikaci s fanoušky, pro kterou byly představeny možné kroky architektonického přechodu z jejího AS-IS do TO-BE stavu. Po vypracování angažmá proběhla kontrolní schůzka se zástupci klubu, na které byli obeznámeni s dosavadním stavem jejich podnikové architektury či možnými kroky pro její budoucí optimalizaci.

Abstrakt:
The master’s thesis deals with the elaboration of enterprise architecture in the football club Bohemians Praha 1905, a.s, which would like to improve the management of its processes and activities in its operational areas in response to the growing pressure focused on improving its performance and competitiveness. Considering the club's requirements, the given description of the target enterprise architecture is also the main objective of this thesis. To meet this objective, the research part identified the enterprise architecture management areas and environment of a professional football club. The developed search areas are followed by the architectural engagement, which is developed according to the TOGAF framework and its ADM development cycle. After learning about the club environment and analysing its requirements, the preferred vision was to deal with the innovation of the business capability to communicate with fans, for which the engagement mapped its current (AS-IS) state and then formulated the desired (TO-BE) state, which includes the integration of new innovations, which are the fan identity “Bohemka ID”, the club website together with a new CMS system or mobile application. The result of this work is a target description of the architecture of the football club with a more detailed view of communication with fans, for which possible steps of architectural transition from its AS-IS to TO-BE state were presented. After the development of the engagement, a review meeting was held with the club representatives to inform them about the current state of their enterprise architecture or possible steps for its future optimization.
