Abstrakt:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trhu řešení pro správu dokumentů (DMS) a správu obsahu podniku (ECM) s důrazem na podporu umělé inteligence. Umělá inteligence je aktuálně často skloňovaným fenoménem v celé technologické sféře. Jedná se o soubor algoritmů, případně technologií, který má potenciál ovlivnit celý svět kvůli jeho schopnosti učit se a adaptovat se a proto má velký přínos do všech informačních systémů, včetně těch pro správu dokumentů či podnikového obsahu. V první části práce bude čtenář obeznámen o současném stavu DMS a ECM řešení a bude mu zdůrazněna jejich stále rostoucí důležitost pro organizace v dnešní digitální době. Nalezne zde také příklady typických funkcí těchto systémů a jak je lze provozovat. Následně práce popisuje trend umělé inteligence a jeho přínos do DMS či ECM systémů, jako jsou automatizace procesů, zlepšení produktivity nebo zabezpečení dat. Konkrétní vzniklé kombinace funkcí systémů DMS či ECM a umělé inteligence jsou předmětem další části, na kterou navazuje představení konkrétních řešení na trhu. Zde jsou popsány přednosti a odlišnosti jednotlivých systémů, jejich uživatelská hodnocení a nabídka funkcí s podporou umělé inteligence. Hlavním přínosem práce je následující dotazník, zabývající se zkoumáním aktuálního stavu na českém trhu se systémy podporované umělé inteligencí. Z tohoto dotazníku, který byl zaslán českým dodavatelům, lze vyčíst hodnotné informace pro utvoření bližší představy o vývoji trendu umělé inteligence v DMS či ECM systémech. Práce je zaměřena především na cílovou skupinu organizací zvažujících implementaci některého ze systémů pro správu dokumentů či podnikového obsahu, které disponují funkcemi s podporou umělé inteligence, avšak praktická část může být přínosná i pro samotné dodavatele systémů, kteří si chtějí zmapovat aktuálně poptávané funkce na trhu a jak se k jejich zařazení staví jejich konkurence.

Abstrakt:
This diploma thesis aims to analyze the market of Document Management Systems and Enterprise Content Management systems, particularly with support of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is nowadays one of the frequently used phenomena in the entire technological sphere. It can be described as a collection of algorithms and/or technologies, which has a great potential to impact the whole world because of its ability to learn and adapt. That's why it has a significant contribution to all information systems, including those helping with document and content management. In the first part of this thesis, the reader will be provided with the current state of DMS and ECM solutions and their rising importance for organizations in today's digital age will be explained. Typical examples of these functions are presented here, including information on how the systems can be deployed. Afterward, the thesis describes the trend of artificial intelligence itself and its contribution to DMS and ECM systems, such as process automation, improved productivity, and data security. Newly created combinations of DMS or ECM functions and artificial intelligence are the subject of the next part, which is followed by an introduction of specific solutions offered in the market. The advantages and differences of each system are described in this section, along with their user reviews and their offered functionalities with artificial intelligence support. The main contribution of this thesis is the following questionnaire, concerning the current state of the Czech market of systems supported by artificial intelligence. This questionnaire, which was sent to Czech vendors, provides valuable insights for a closer understanding of the development of artificial intelligence in DMS and ECM systems. This thesis is focused mainly on a target audience of organizations deciding about a potential investment in one of the systems for their content management, which also offers some functions using artificial intelligence. However, the practical part can be valuable also for vendors who are looking for information about current approaches of other vendors.
