Abstrakt:
This bachelor's thesis aims to create a business plan for an enterprise in Prague called ZUZU, which organizes workshops on handcraft-making and sells DIY craft kits. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part will focus on various concepts, tools, and actions required to create a business plan. The practical part of the thesis consists of a description of the analysis, research, and implementation of business activities. Market research was conducted using a questionnaire, demonstrating that local people need new places to experience crafting and spend quality, meaningful time with their friends and relatives. Porter's Five Forces Analysis was applied to determine the level of competition and attractiveness of the business idea. Based on this analysis, the most suitable marketing strategy and communication channels will be selected. Furthermore, a detailed financial plan will show the level of investment required to establish and operate the company successfully.
