Bakalářská práce zkoumá vztah podpory sportování zaměstnanců jako benefitu na jejich loajalitu v českém pracovním prostředí. Cílem práce je ověřit vliv podpory sportovních programů na afektivní závazek zaměstnanců. Kvantitativní šetření realizované pomocí dotazníku (N = 154) ukázalo, že samotná úroveň programů není pro loajalitu rozhodující. Klíčovou roli hraje vnímaná podpora organizace (POS) i nadřízeného (PSS) a vnímaná smysluplnost benefitů (Needs-Supplies Fit). Práce objasňuje mechanismy transformace benefitů v nástroj loajality. Výstupem jsou praktická doporučení pro jejich efektivní implementaci. |

The bachelor’s thesis examines the relationship between employer-provided sport benefits and employee loyalty in the Czech workplace. The aim of the thesis is to verify the impact of sport programs on employees’ affective commitment. A quantitative survey conducted via a questionnaire (N = 154) showed that the level of the programs alone is not decisive for loyalty. Perceived organization support (POS) and perceived supervisor support (PSS), as well as the perceived meaningfulness of the benefits (Needs-Supplies Fit), play a key role. The work clarifies the mechanisms by which benefits are transformed into a loyalty tool. The results are practical recommendations for their effective implementation. |
