Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vztah mezi organizační demokracií, a psychologickými faktory práce. Zaměřuje se zejména na participaci zaměstnanců na rozhodování, pracovní autonomii, pracovní spokojenost a motivaci. Teoretická část vymezuje hlavní přístupy k organizační demokracii a pracovním kooperativám. Praktická část využívá kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, korelační analýzu a chí-kvadrát test. Výsledky ukazují pozitivní souvislosti participace i autonomie k pracovní spokojenosti a motivaci, přičemž nejsilnější vztah byl zjištěn mezi autonomií a pracovní motivací. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis examines the relationship between organizational democracy and psychological factors at work. It focuses in particular on employee participation in decision-making, work autonomy, job satisfaction, and motivation. The theoretical section outlines the main approaches to organizational democracy and worker cooperatives. The practical section utilizes a quantitative questionnaire survey, correlation analysis, and the chi-square test. The results show positive correlations between participation and autonomy and job satisfaction and motivation, with the strongest relationship found between autonomy and work motivation. |
