| Abstract: | V nedávné době došlo k majetkovému vstupu Wiener Börse na Burzu cenných papírů Praha a je tedy pravděpodobné, že nadále se jejich vývoj bude ubírat podobným směrem. Tato bakalářská práce představuje komparativní analýzu jejich historického vývoje, podmínek členství, organizace, členění tržních segmentů, způsobu a objemu obchodování a také burzovních indexů v době před očekávanými změnami BCPP podle nového majoritního vlastníka. Práce si klade za cíl vystihnout podobnosti obou burz a naopak oblasti, v kterých se nejvíce odlišují. |

| Abstract: | The Vienna Stock Exchange has acquired a majority stake in the Prague Stock Exchange recently. It is highly probable that the upcoming development of both of them will take the same way. This bachelor thesis presents a comparative analysis of their characteristic features as a history, membership, organisation, market segmentation, types and volume of trading and exchange indices. The thesis aims to describe the stock exchange similarities and differences. |
