| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací metod umělé inteligence do procesu podnikového vzdělávání v prostředí české obuvnické společnosti Vasky Trade s.r.o. Cílem práce je zefektivnit systém zaškolování a rozvoje prodejců na kamenných prodejnách pomocí moderních AI nástrojů. V první části jsou představeny vybrané koncepty podnikového vzdělávání a technologie umělé inteligence vhodné pro edukační účely. Realizační část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu vzdělávání ve firmě (as-is), na jejímž základě byly navrženy a v reálném provozu otestovány dva hlavní AI modely. AI role play pro simulaci prodejních situací a chatbot jako interaktivní poradce prodejců. Součástí práce je také podrobná analýza rizik, cost-benefit analýza s výpočtem ROI a návrh KPI pro dlouhodobé sledování úspěšnosti projektu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of artificial intelligence methods in the corporate training process at the Czech footwear company Vasky Trade s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to streamline the training and development system for sales associates at the stores using modern AI tools. The theoretical section introduces key concepts of corporate training and artificial intelligence technologies suitable for educational purposes. The practical section includes an analysis of the current state of training within the company (as-is), based on which two main AI models were designed and tested in real-world operations: AI Role play for simulating sales situations and chatbot as an interactive sales advisor. The thesis also includes a detailed risk analysis, a cost-benefit analysis with an ROI calculation and a proposal for KPIs to monitor the project’s long-term success. |
