| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá metodami řízení kvality a výkonnosti v oblasti veřejné správy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis modelů a metod managementu kvality jako jsou řady norem ISO 9000, model excelence EFQM, Benchmarking a metoda Balanced Scorecard. Modelu CAF je zde vyčleněn větší prostor z důvodu jeho zvyšující se oblíbenosti v oblasti veřejné správy. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci modelu CAF na krajských a městských úřadech. Hlavním cílem mé práce je pomocí vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření poukázat na to, zda se na úřadech objevuje zájem o zavádění nových nástrojů zvyšujících kvalitu. Jakým směrem se úřady v oblasti managementu kvality ubírají a z jakého důvodu tento zájem roste nebo klesá. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the methods of quality management and performance management in the field of public administration. The theoretical part is focused on a description of models and methods of quality management standards such as ISO 9000 series, EFQM Excellence Model, Benchmarking and method of Balanced Scorecard. There is more space for model CAF because of its increasing popularity in the field of public administration. The practical part is focused on the application of the model CAF to regional authorities and municipal offices. The main goal of my work is through an evaluation questionnaire survey pointed out that the office appears interested in the introduction of new tools for improving quality. In what direction the authorities in the field of quality management moving and why this interest is growing or declining. |
