This master’s thesis looks at how non-monetary benefits affect job satisfaction among Generation Z expatriates working at SAP SE in Prague. After the Covid-19 pandemic, work expectations changed, especially for Gen Z, who value flexibility and work-life balance more than before. The analysis looks at intangible benefits such as remote work, flexibility, autonomy, leadership, and training, as well as tangible benefits like well-being support, meal allowances, and childcare.
