| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavní cíl a přínos této práce je návrh opatření a doporučení ke zlepšení a optimalizaci systému motivace v této společnosti. Tento cíl je doplněn dílčími cíli, kterými jsou shrnutí základních teoretických východisek, rozpoznání silných a slabých stránek současného systému motivace a zjištění úrovně spokojenosti zaměstnanců s aktuálním motivačním systémem. Hlavní cíl této práce byl naplněn pomocí výzkumného šetření, které mělo podobu kvantitativní metody výzkumu ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Závěrem práce je analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření a formulace návrhů a doporučení pro vybranou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis examines the issue of the motivation system at the selected company. The main objective and contribution of this thesis is to propose measures and recommendations for improving and optimizing the motivation system at the company. This objective is supplemented by sub-objectives, which include summarizing the essential theoretical foundations, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current motivation system and determining the level of employee satisfaction with the current motivation system. The main objective was achieved through a research study conducted using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the thesis consists of the analysis of the questionnaire survey results and formulations of recommendations for the selected company. |
