| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením metod získávání zaměstnanců v personální agentuře. Před analýzou jsou popsáná teoretická východiska bakalářské práce. V práci je následně provedená analýza a hodnocení metod získávání zaměstnanců na třech vybraných pracovních místech. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny použité metody a zároveň navrženy další možnosti získávání zaměstnanců v personální agentuře. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyses and evaluates methods of employees recruitment in specific personal placement service. Firstly, the theoretical aspects of the thesis are described and explained. Secondly, the analysing and evaluating part of the thesis containing three particular job placements is proceeded. Thirdly, the closing part contains evaluation and conclusion of used methods and at the same time suggests another methods that can be possibly used for this particular purpose. |
