| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá vliv robotické procesní automatizace (RPA) na profesi externího auditu. Teoretická část shrnuje technologický vývoj, stav trhu a trendy. Hlavním zaměřením práce je obor externího auditingu, kterému se věnuje kapitola 2. Klíčovou součástí práce je praktická část, která analyzuje implementaci RPA v auditorské společnosti. Práce aplikuje metodiku pro výběr vhodných procesů k automatizaci, aby se předešlo riziku přemíry automatizace a modeluje implementační náklady. V závěru jsou formulována strategická doporučení před samotným plošným nasazením RPA, s důrazem na zřízení inovačního hubu. Cílem je poskytnout ucelený rámec pro nákladově efektivní a bezpečné nasazení softwarových robotů v auditu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis examines the impact of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on the external audit profession. The theoretical part summarizes technological development, market status, and trends. The main focus of the thesis is the field of external auditing, which is covered in Chapter 2. A key component of the thesis is the practical part, which analyzes the implementation of RPA in an audit firm. The thesis applies a methodology for selecting suitable processes for automation to prevent the risk of overdone automation and models implementation costs. In conclusion, strategic recommendations are formulated prior to the actual widespread deployment of RPA, with an emphasis on the establishment of an innovation hub. The aim is to provide a comprehensive framework for the cost-effective and secure deployment of software robots in auditing. |
