| Abstract: | Fotovoltaický sektor prochází v České republice dynamickou transformací a stává se z něj důležitá součást energetického mixu. Pro malé a střední podniky na tomto trhu je tak stále více důležité sledovat své makrookolí a reagovat na něj změnou své strategie. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím PESTLE analýzy vyhodnocené metodou analytického hierarchického procesu identifikovat a kvantitativně ohodnotit vnější faktory formující toto prostředí a určit, jaké jsou hlavní příležitosti a hrozby pro podniky v tomto odvětví. Analýza prokázala, že trh je dominantně řízen dotační politikou státu a regulatorním rámcem, jejichž nestabilita představuje pro MSP největší operační riziko, zatímco strukturálně odolnějším segmentem zůstává firemní B2B trh tažený ESG tlakem a motivací podniků k dlouhodobé fixaci energetických nákladů. Firmy schopné nabídnout komplexní integrovaná řešení zahrnující baterie, energetický management a komunitní sdílení elektřiny získávají konkurenční výhodu nezávislou na výkyvech dotačních programů. |

| Abstract: | The photovoltaic sector in the Czech Republic is undergoing a dynamic transformation and is becoming an important part of the energy mix. For small and medium-sized enterprises in this market, it is therefore increasingly important to monitor their macroenvironment and respond to it by adjusting their strategy. The aim of this thesis is to use a PESTLE analysis, evaluated through the analytical hierarchy process, to identify and quantitatively assess the external factors shaping this environment and to determine the main opportunities and threats for companies in this sector. The analysis demonstrated that the market is predominantly driven by government subsidy policies and the regulatory framework, whose instability poses the greatest operational risk for SMEs, while the corporate B2B market (driven by ESG pressures and companies’ motivation to lock in long-term energy costs) remains the structurally more resilient segment. Companies capable of offering comprehensive integrated solutions encompassing batteries, energy management, and community electricity sharing gain a competitive advantage independent of fluctuations in subsidy programs. |
