| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem tanečního festivalu Tancesraz. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory, které přispěly k jeho vývoji, a porozumět tomu, jak dramaturgické, komunitní, finanční a marketingové aspekty ovlivňují jeho fungování. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s festivaly a tanečními styly, představuje přístupy k vývoji kulturních událostí a věnuje se evaluaci, dramaturgii, financování a marketingu kulturních projektů. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na rozhovorech s organizátory a účastníky, analýze dokumentů a vlastním pozorování, popisuje festival a zkoumá faktory jeho vývoje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis examines the development of the Tancesraz dance festival. Its aim is to identify the factors that have contributed to the festival’s growth and to understand how dramaturgical, community, financial, and marketing aspects influence its functioning. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to festivals and dance styles, introduces approaches to the development of cultural events, and discusses evaluation, dramaturgy, financing, and marketing of cultural projects. The practical part is based on qualitative research drawing on interviews with organizers and participants, document analysis, and participant observation and it describes the festival and analyses the factors shaping its development. |
