Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací doručování poslední míle v prostředí online prodeje potravin se zaměřením na řízení doručovacích časových slotů ve společnosti Košík.cz. Hlavním problémem je nerovnoměrná distribuce zákaznické poptávky mezi jednotlivými doručovacími okny, která vede ke vzniku distribučních špiček, neefektivnímu využití kurýrních kapacit a růstu nákladů na doručení. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující výběr doručovacích slotů zákazníky, analyzovat vznikající neefektivity a navrhnout možnosti efektivnějšího rozložení poptávky (demand smoothing). Teoretická část se věnuje logistice poslední míle, řízení doručovacích oken a behaviorálním aspektům výběru času doručení. Praktická část vychází z analýzy interních provozních dat společnosti Košík.cz z března a dubna 2024, dotazníkového šetření a simulačního modelování optimalizačních scénářů. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení využití kurýrních kapacit a zvýšení nákladové efektivity doručování. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis addresses the optimization of last-mile delivery in the online grocery retail sector, with a focus on managing delivery time slots at Košík.cz. The main problem is the uneven distribution of customer demand across individual delivery windows, which leads to distribution peaks, inefficient use of courier capacity, and increased delivery costs. The aim of this thesis is to identify the factors influencing customers’ selection of delivery slots, analyze the resulting inefficiencies, and propose options for more efficient demand smoothing. The theoretical section addresses last-mile logistics, delivery window management, and the behavioral aspects of delivery time selection. The practical part is based on an analysis of internal operational data from Košík.cz for March and April 2024, a questionnaire survey, and simulation modeling of optimization scenarios. The results of the thesis include recommendations for improving the utilization of courier capacities and increasing the cost-effectiveness of delivery. |
