Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vykazování výnosů ve stavebnictví v kontextu české a mezinárodní účetní legislativy. Teoretická část se skládá z popisu základních pojmů a charakteristik stavebnictví jako ekonomického odvětví. Následně popisuje účetní pohled na stavebnictví podle českých účetních standardů a mezinárodního standardu účetního výkaznictví (IFRS). Praktická část se zabývá analýzou účetních závěrek 100 stavebních společností na území České Republiky a zkoumáním, jakým způsobem řeší problematiku rozpoznání výnosů. |

This thesis addresses the issue of revenue recognition in the construction industry within the context of Czech and international accounting legislation. The theoretical part defines the fundamental concepts and characteristics of construction as an economic sector. Subsequently, it examines the accounting perspective on construction according to both the Czech Accounting Standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The practical part analyzes the financial statements of 100 construction companies operating in the Czech Republic, investigating how they handle the issue of revenue recognition. |
