Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití údajů z účetnictví pro ocenění podniku a rizika s tím spojená. Teoretická část představuje, jaká účetní data jsou pro oceňovatele důležitá a jak jsou následně pro jeho potřeby upravována. Praktická část se věnuje analýze rizik spojených s využitím českých účetních standardů, jejich porovnání s použitím IFRS a dalším rizikům, která se objevují při využití konsolidované účetní závěrky. Cílem práce je čtenářům přiblížit slabé stránky využití českých účetních standardů v ocenění podniku a jak jim může oceňovatel případně předejít. |

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the use of accounting data for business valuation and the risks associated with it. The theoretical part presents which accounting data are important for a valuer and how these data are subsequently adjusted for valuation purposes. The practical part analyses the risks connected with the use of Czech accounting standards, compares them with the application of IFRS, and discusses additional risks that arise when using consolidated financial statements. The aim of the thesis is to explain the weaknesses of using Czech accounting standards in business valuation and to show how a valuer may identify and mitigate them. |
