| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím aukcí jako nástroje podpory výroby elektřiny z obnovitelných zdrojů energie v České republice a Německu. Cílem práce je porovnat právní úpravu aukčních mechanismů v obou zemích, identifikovat hlavní rozdíly a posoudit, zda může některý z modelů představovat inspiraci pro druhou ze zemí. Práce nejprve vymezuje pojem obnovitelných zdrojů energie a představuje evropský právní rámec jejich podpory. Následně analyzuje vývoj, mechanismus, financování a výsledky aukcí v Německu a České republice. V závěrečné části je provedena komparace obou systémů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis examines the use of auctions as a tool to support electricity generation from renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic and Germany. The aim of the thesis is to compare the legal frameworks governing auction mechanisms in both countries, identify the main differences, and assess whether either model could serve as inspiration for the other country. The thesis first defines the concept of renewable energy sources and presents the European legal framework for their support. It then analyzes the development, mechanisms, financing, and results of auctions in Germany and the Czech Republic. The concluding section compares the two systems. |
