| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou právních a technických požadavků na skladování léčivých přípravků a jejich praktickou aplikací při návrhu distribučního skladu léčiv. Cílem práce je určit hlavní požadavky vyplývající z legislativy, správné distribuční praxe a metodických pokynů a převést je do konkrétního prostorového, technického a organizačního řešení. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy skladového hospodářství, skladové procesy, specifika farmaceutického dodavatelského řetězce a význam řízení rizik při distribuci léčiv. Praktická část je založena na analýze právních a regulatorních dokumentů a na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s osobami zapojenými do přípravy, provozu a kontroly skladu léčiv. Na základě získaných poznatků byl navržen skladový prostor, který je v souladu s identifikovanými požadavky. Výsledky ukazují, že sklad léčiv nelze chápat pouze jako technický prostor, ale jako součást systému správné distribuční praxe. Navržené řešení bylo následně schváleno Státním ústavem pro kontrolu léčiv a je využíváno v reálném provozu. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis deals with the analysis of legal and technical requirements for the storage of pharmaceuticals and their practical application in the design of a medicinal products distribution warehouse. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main requirements arising from legislation, Good Distribution Practice and methodological guidelines, and to translate them into a specific spatial, technical and organizational solution. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of warehouse management, warehouse processes, the specifics of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the importance of risk management in the distribution of medicinal products. The practical part is based on an analysis of legal and regulatory documents and on semi-structured interviews with persons involved in the preparation, operation and inspection of a medicinal products warehouse. Based on the findings, a warehouse space meeting all identified requirements was designed. The results show that a medicinal products warehouse cannot be understood merely as a technical space, but as part of the Good Distribution Practice system. The proposed solution was subsequently approved by the State Institute for Drug Control and is currently used in real operation. |
