| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu informací v mimořádných událostech. Výchozím podkladem jsou dvě teroristické akce, a to 11. září 2001 v USA a londýnská 7. července 2005. Kromě známých oficiálních verzí práce popisuje i tzv. neoficiální verze těchto událostí. Znalost obou verzí slouží k posouzení vlivu jednotlivých prvků na analýzu informací v mimořádných událostech nejen z pohledu "běžné" veřejnosti, ale i různých analytiků, vládních představitelů a armádních složek. Práce nás seznamuje i s postojem jednotlivých subjektů k analýze informací jak v samotném průběhu, tak i po skončení zmiňovaných mimořádných událostí. Po analýze dostupných informací doporučuji postup řešení další mimořádné události, který je uveden v závěru. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on an analysis of information in emergencies. Initial background regards two terrorist actions, namely 11 September 2001 in the U.S. and 7 July 2005 in London. In addition to the well-known official versions, the thesis also describes the so-called unofficial versions of these events. Awareness of both versions may be used to assess the impact of various elements on the analysis of information in emergencies from the perspective of the "ordinary" public as well as various analysts, government and military officials. The thesis also introduces positions of individual entities on analysis of informa-tion directly in the course as well as following the above-mentioned incidents. Finally, after analyzing the available information, I suggest the solution of a different type of incident, which is set out in detail at the end. |
