| Abstract: | Anotace Práce se zabývá významem etických kodexů v bankovnictví v současné době. První část je věnována popisu situace v rámci českého bankovnictví. Kapitola obsahuje teoretický popis jednotlivých kodexů i jejich reálné uplatňování v praxi. Druhá kapitola obdobným způsobem popisuje situaci v Irsku. Závěrečná kapitola pak provádí stručné srovnání obou systémů, reflektuje jejich vzájemné výhody a nevýhody. |

| Abstract: | Annotation This work deals with the importance of ethical codes in banking nowadays. The first part is devoted to description of situation in Czech banking. The chapter includes the theoretical characterization of particular codes and their practicable use in practise. The second chapter describes the situation in Ireland in the similar way. The final part carries on comparison of both systems and reflects their mutual advantages and disadvantages. |
