| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá využitím business intelligence v malých a středních podnicích. Hlavním cílem je nalezení právě takových řešení, která by vyhovovala jejich požadavkům a potřebám. Nejvhodnějším způsobem zavedení business intelligence je dle výstupů této práce vývoj vlastního nízkonákladového řešení. Naopak integrovaná řešení dodávaná předními představiteli tohoto trhu jsou pro malé a střední podniky zbytečně složitá a drahá. Zajímavý způsob zavedení business intelligence představují plně či zčásti hostovaná řešení, u kterých ovšem zatím chybí dostatečná podpora a servis v České republice. K dosažení zmíněných výstupu jsou analyzovány informace od odborníků na téma business intelligence. Pro nalezení vhodného řešení slouží vypracovaný průzkum trhu, pro který jsou použity oficiální informace dodavatelů o nabízených řešení a také dodané cenové návrhy od obchodních zástupců. Získané výstupy jsou podpořeny výsledkem praktické části, jejíž podstata spočívá ve vypracování projektu zavedení business intelligence do konkrétní malé společnosti. Tento projekt vychází zejména z interview s jednatelem společnosti, na jejichž základě jsou zpracovány požadavky na výslednou podobu řešení. Hlavní přínosy této práce spočívají právě v provedené analýze trhu a vypracovaném projektu zavedení business intelligence, pomocí kterých byl nalezen vhodný způsob, jak do malých a středních podniků levně nasadit business intelligence řešení. Dalším přínosem je získání názorů a pohledů manažerů těchto společností na zavádění business intelligence řešení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is concerned with use of business intelligence in small and medium business. The main issue is to find such solutions, which are suited to needs and requirements of this type of business. The most suitable method of implementation of business intelligence is according to outputs of this thesis a development of own solution in low costs. On the contrary integrated solutions delivered by the big players on this market are too complex and very expensive for small and medium business. Web-based and SaaS solutions are interesting to these companies, but their support and provided services are not in sufficient level in Czech Republic. To reach all these goals there were analyzed information focused on possibilities and needs of small and medium business and consequently was performed analysis of business intelligence market. The gained outputs were verified in practical part, which is based on project of implementation of business intelligence solution to specific small company. Resources for the final figure of this project are mainly the interviews with shareholder. The main contributions of this thesis are previously mentioned analysis and project of implementation of business intelligence solution. By the help of these studies was found a suitable way, how to implement a business intelligences solution to small and medium business in low costs. Another contribution is in gained opinions and points of view of managers of these companies on implementation of business intelligence. |
