| Abstract: | Práce je věnována jednomu z největších problémů české ekonomiky - reformě penzijního systému. V její první části je popsán demografický vývoj v nejbližších letech a z něho vyplývající potřeba reformy systému vyplácení důchodů. V další části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé možné varianty provedení této reformy. V hlavní části je dále popsána započatá reforma systému vyplácení penzí a její vliv na trh penzijního připojištění. |
