| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje problematice "Firemní kultury" v organizaci. Nabízí přehled teoretických přístupů různých autorů k problematice firemní kultury. V práci je věnována pozornost na faktory řízení, motivaci a organizační strukturu. Popisuje cestu od identity k image organizace. Praktická část je věnována analýze firemní kultury v organizaci WEBCOM AXPERIENCE a.s.a klade si za cíl navrhnout opatření, která budou více přispívat k naplňování podnikových cílů. |

| Abstract: | Presented thesis describes theme "Corporate culture" in business organization. It gives the overview of theoretical approaches of different authors about points at issue corporate culture. In thesis are depicted topics such as factors of direction and control, motivation and organizational structure. It narrates the way from identity to image of business organization. Practical part is devoted to analysis of corporate culture in organization WEBCOM-AXPERIENCE a.s. and the main aim is to suggest precautions, which will better contribute to accomplishing the organizational long-range goals. |
