Přínosem práce je následná aplikace všech principů pro konkrétní podnik cestovního ruchu -- asistenční službu. Cílů práce bylo dosaženo studiem teoretických pramenů a aplikací vlastních zkušeností z praxe. |

The main contribution made by this thesis is subsequent practical application of all principles to particular company in tourism - asistence service. Objectives of this thesis were achieved through studying theoretical resources and use of practical experience. |
