| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na akce přímého oslovení formou dopisu v České spořitelně, a.s. Cílem této práce je zjištění, zda a které z těchto kampaní zasílání dopisů byly efektivní. Je zde porovnáno 12 druhů dopisů z roku 2007 v oblasti prodeje a aktivace kreditních karet a sledován počet prodaných kreditních karet díky dané kampani a z toho počet aktivních karet po 2 měsících od kampaně. Na závěr jsou shrnuty prvky úspěšného dopisu. |

The aim is to find out whether and which of the campaigns were successfull. 12 types of the letters from 2007 are observed in the areas of selling and activating of the credit cards. In the end the general items of the successfull letter are listed. |
