| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje pojištění nemovitostí pro občany České republiky. V první části práci je popsána historie pojištění nemovitostí, jeho legislativní definice, obecné pojmy jako pojistná hodnota, pojistná částka, pojistné nebezpečí nebo pojistné. Praktická část se zbývá pojistnými produkty, které nabízí tři největší české pojišťovny -- Česká pojišťovna, a.s., Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group a Allianz pojišťovna, a.s. |
