| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá factoringem, jako formou financování. Cílem této práce je základní charakteristika factoringu, vymezení subjektů zúčastněných ve factoringové operaci, popis průběhu factoringové operace, členění factoringu podle různých hledisek a stanovení rozdílů mezi factoringem a forfatingem. Část práce je věnována srovnání factoringu s jinými zdroji financování, kterými by se dal factoring nahradit (kontokorentní a revolvingový úvěr, zpětný leasing). Sledovány jsou jak výhody, tak nevýhody factoringu před ostatními zdroji financování. Součástí práce je také nastínění vývoje factoringu ve světě a v České republice. Průběh factoringu v praxi je ukázán na aplikačním příkladě. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis describes factoring as financial resource. The pourpose of this thesis is basic characteristics of factoring, description of participants in factoring, process of factoring and different types of factoring. There is also described the different between factoring and forfaiting. One part of this thesis is about factoring and other financial resources (bank overdraft, revolving credit and leaseback). The emphasis is placed on advantages and disadvantages of particular financial resource. Other part is about factoring situation in the world and in Czech Republic. The factoring process is illustrated with example. |
