| Abstract: | Výsledkem této bakalářské práce by mělo být srovnání vlivu daňové soustavy na mimopodnikatelské aktivity firem. Chtěla bych zodpovědět otázku motivace k filantropickým aktivitám a právě tento výsledek by měla přinést analýza mimopodnikatelských aktivit firem v závislosti na odlišných daňových soustavách. Analýzu bych chtěla udělat na příkladu jedné z největších telekomunikačních sítí na světě Telefónica O2 Europe (Španělsko) a Telefónica O2 Czech Republic. V teoretické části bych se především chtěla věnovat mimopodnikatelským aktivitám z hlediska společnosti, s tím hlavně neodmyslitelně souvisí dnes běžně užívaný pojem společenská odpovědnost firem a její zájmové oblasti - firemní filantropie, firemní dobrovolnictví a mnohé další, dále aktivitám prospěšným pro region a možnostem zapojení firem do této činnosti. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this study is to compare the influance of a tax system on the out-of business activities of companies. I would like to answer the question of the motivation to the philantrophy activities and this should be the result of the analysis of the out-of business acitivities acording to different tax systems. The analysis will be made on the example of the one of the greatest telecommunication organization of the world -- Telefónica O2 Europe (Spain) and Telefónica O2 Czech Republic. In the theoretic part of this study I would like to describe the out-of business activities from the point of view of the community (Corporate Social Responsibility), activities for the region and possibilities of the companies participation. |
