| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje jedné z oblastí oboru managementu jakosti. Seznamuje čtenáře se základními nástroji pro řízení a zlepšování jakosti, které nám pomáhají problém s kvalitou popsat, z pohledu teoretického i praktického -- přímou aplikací v konkrétním podniku. V první části je práce zaměřena na popsání a specifika předmětu výroby konkrétního podniku, popis podniku a teorii nástrojů řízení jakosti. Druhá část práce se zabývá aplikací nástrojů řízení jakosti v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's thesis focuses on one of the fields of the quality management. It introduces the readers to the basic tools of the quality management which are used to describe problems with the quality. The first part of the thesis focuses on the specification of the target of the production in the examined company, on description of the company itself and on the theory of the quality management tools. The second part of the thesis focuses on the application of these tools in the real practice. |
